Sacramento Center for Innovation Specific Plan
The final draft of the Specific Plan for the new Sacramento Center for Innovation (SCI) will be announced on Tuesday, Oct. 4 at 8:30 am during the regular meeting of the Planning and Business Development Committee in the Alliance offices. Committee members have been working closely with city Sr. Planners and developers to create this unique business and technology park on Ramona Ave. 

The business focus of SCI is north of 14th. Ave. to Folsom Blvd. and West of Power Inn Rd. to the RR tracks. Critical to the creation of the SCI is extension of Ramona Ave. to Sac. State, which has been approved. Property owners in this area are particularly encouraged to attend the one hour meeting and provide their input and suggestions.
