 February 2011
Greetings!

Did your company or school participate in this year's Students@Work week? A collaboration between First Gentleman Bob Eaves and NCBCE, the initiative brings attention to the value of work-based learning for students beginning as early as middle school.

You can still get involved! F4K has created a virtual space to streamline communicating and scheduling work-based learning
so opportunities will continue to be readily accessible.

Join one of the webinars listed below to learn what you can do
to make a difference, and check out some great stories of Students@Work around the state.

"Work-based learning allows students to see lessons from the

classroom come to life in the workplace. They can picture themselves in the world of work and gain confidence that they can succeed."
