Congress told: U.S. life 'unsustainable' after EMP

WASHINGTON - Congress today was told that the Department of Homeland Security hasn't identified an electromagnetic pulse, or EMP, event as a serious national security threat to the nation's grid system even though testimony revealed it could make living in the United States "unsustainable" for 70 to 90 percent of the population.

And the few billion dollars it would cost to harden systems against such an occurrence is hardly the tens of billions or hundreds of billions it could cost to repair the damage

At the League City meeting last week, the city manager stated that the  Clear Lake City Water Authority is indicating that he would like to implement Smart Water Meters.

Yes, you heard that right. If we act NOW, we may put a stop to this train!   

Tell CLCWA that all the surrounding cities are looking into smart meters and as a tax paying home owner in the Clear Lake area, you do NOT want the water smart meters installed here. Go into privacy issue and gov't over reach issue and especially the HEALTH concerns. Let them know that if people start getting sick, it will come back on them. Ask them to do their own research and have an independent company do health testing before making this decision.
