On February 5, 2012 Father Sammie Maletta delivered a Homily at St. John the Evangelist Parish in St. John, Indiana. This Homily addressed how President Obama is threatening our Religious Freedom and declaring war with the Catholic Church. Please take a few moments to listen. No one sums it up quite like Father Maletta.

Redistricting Update XI: It Is All Up To The Courts The possible elimination of precinct conventions might just afford the Tea Parties with an unprecedented opportunity to participate in the District Conventions. See highlighted question below. If this opportunity comes to pass, then it may be possible for Tea Parties to bus their entire membership to the District Conventions and enroll all of them as delegates. What a boon for Tea Parties. The District Convention might be swamped with conservative delegates. Check for further details on or after 29 February.

Democratic Governors Discuss Bypassing Congress with Obama
President Obama met with a group of Democratic governors on Friday and discussed plans to work around Congress toward policy goals.
Gov. Jack Markell, the Democratic governor of Delaware and the vice chairman of the National Governors Association, told The Hill that the meeting was "very good" and said many of the governors were responsive to ideas about bypassing Congress.
"There was a sense that none of us should wait, we can't wait for things to happen in Congress," Markell said of the meeting. "We're going to do what we can do [now]."
Obama has positioned himself against Congress as he runs for reelection, arguing lawmakers are failing to solve the country's problems. "Where Congress won't act, I will," he said in October when rolling out a series of executive orders aimed at creating jobs.
