 Dear Friend, We need your HELP, not your MONEY, but your help. Many of you are already generously giving to Haitian Christian Mission. You may even be sponsoring a child. We are deeply grateful for the love you are showing to the work of the mission. BUT... WE NEED YOUR HELP!! There are more than 65 children who do not have a sponsor. They will not be able to attend school, be fed a meal or receive the other benefits that the sponsored children can be given. I am Joanie Grimm and I have been working with Haitian Christian Mission over thirty years. I have seen children from our HCM schools become PREACHERS, DOCTORS, NURSES, TEACHERS AND BUSINESS LEADERS. Haitian children yearn for an education. They are intelligent, they work hard and they succeed when given the chance to learn to read and write. Could you PRINT OFF AND SHARE this example profile with your friends and fellow workers? It contains the key things they need to know about becoming sponsor. They will not be sponsoring the little girl pictured but rather would be assigned a child of their very own. At that time they can share any preferences they have regarding gender and age of the child and then will be assigned a child to sponsor.
