Brian Hughes of Hughes Environmental Engineering (Montvale, NJ) will discuss these topics and more during the MSCA webinar Compensation Packages and Other Incentives on June 20. MCAA'S ALI COURSE 12 ON TRACK TO BREAK ATTENDANCE RECORDS...AGAIN! Twenty-one current and future industry leaders have already been accepted into MCAA's flagship leadership development program compared with 13 at this time last year. A number of companies have indicated to MCAA staff that they are still identifying their executive candidates but that they definitely have multiple candidates from various operating divisions who will apply. MCAA President Mac Lynch, an ALI graduate, is excited about this year's level of enthusiasm for the course and the ongoing changes that have been made to the course over the past 18 months. "The value of MCAA's ALI experience for building successful leaders is working in my own company and throughout MCAA and its local affiliates. I urge anyone interested in applying to the ALI or in having someone on their executive team apply, to do it now. We are way ahead of last year's record-breaking pace...so, don't get left out." For more information about the ALI, go the http://www.mcaa.org/ali, or contact Dennis Langley (dlangley@mcaa.org) for more information. |
