SHARPEN YOUR SALES TEAM'S SELLING SKILLS!
Does your sales team need a jumpstart? Sending them to MSCA's Re-Energize Your Sales Force: Selling Skills Training Program for the HVAC Industry (April 30 - May 2 in Philadelphia, PA) is a wise investment and will more than pay for itself in increased revenues. Highlights of this highly interactive program include a tour through the sales cycle of the mechanical services industry, looking at the process from the customer's perspective, learning to take a fresh approach to solving customer problems, and solidifying customer relationships. After attending this three-day course, your sales staff will also learn techniques to overcome the barriers that prevent them from reaching key decision-makers and influencers. They will also understand how becoming a "sales detective" can help them increase sales with proper questioning techniques.
