HIRING AND FIRING EMPLOYEES IS TRICKY...FIND OUT WHAT WORKS BEST Building an effective sales team with the right people for your company can be challenging, but MSCA can help with its second webinar in the six-part series, Building the Ultimate Sales Team. The Hiring and Firing of Sales People webinar will take place on April 18 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Leading the session will be Wayne Turchetta of HMC Service (Louisville, KY) and Dave Bavisotto of Illingworth-Kilgust Corporation (Milwaukee, WI). During this session, you will learn about: analyzing and justifying the reasons for adding new sales staff; identifying ways to validate a candidate's background, experience and potential fit with your company; planning for the new hire's arrival; developing a 90-day performance appraisal; ways to discuss unsatisfactory performance; and knowing when and how to terminate an employee. If you can't make the live broadcast, you can still view the recorded webinar on the MSCA website (www.msca.org) two days after the webinar. This webinar is free to MSCA and MCAA members as a benefit of membership. Register to participate at http://msca.webex.com! |
