Custom Parts
Custom2 Engineering grade Thermoplastics such as Polyamide (PA), Polypropylene (PP), Acetal (POM), Polycarbonate (PC), and Thermoplastic Elastomers such as Silicone, EPDM, FKM, and Nitrile, can be processed in each of our manufacturing facilities across the globe, as well as a wide selection of other materials.

In most of the cases, these materials can be used with the existing Richco tooling system without further tooling investment, thus reducing development costs and time for your specific project.
Custom3 You can supply us with a PANTONE or RAL colour code reference and we will ensure the closest colour match.

Custom Adhesives
For specific applications using an adhesive mounting method, Richco offers a wide range of double sided tapes to suit your manufacturing process requirements.

Richco Tooling system
The unique Richco modular injection tooling system allows you to benefit from our existing tooling inserts for your custom projects. Indeed, the design work and the tooling investment will be made on only one part of the tool and not on a brand new injection tool.
