The Week Leading up to The Sunday of the Resurrection: Easter Day.

Thought of the Week

It is never too late to take on a Lenten discipline.  Sure, Easter is Sunday (well, actually Easter peaks at the Saturday night Easter Vigil service), but it is never too late.  Might I suggest one last preparation for hearing the Good News of life freely given to us abundantly in God's love?  If such a suggestion is welcome then here it is, try out a new service this Holy Week.  If you have never been to a Maundy Thursday service or walked the Stations of the cross, then try it out.  If you have never seen the first light of Easter kindled at the Easter Vigil, then I must say this is my personal favorite service of the whole year, and I heartily invite you to check it out.  All of these worship experiences are meant to bring into focus the most significant event in the history of the world.  I hope you can join us for a glimpse of eternal meaning and eternal life.

See you in church!

Fr. Josh
