The Week Leading up to the First Sunday in Lent

Thought of the Week

Today is Ash Wednesday.  Today we gather as a community to pray, receive ashes on our foreheads, ponder the meaning of our need for forgiveness, and to receive Grace in Holy Communion.  We will sing and we will kneel in silence.  We will turn our hearts and minds around in order to look towards our destination both imminent and eternal.  And we will be together in our quest to understand more deeply God's perfect and infinite love.  It will be more wonderful if you would join us.  Come as we come together and walk with us as we step towards Calvary and beyond.

See you in Church!

Fr. Josh
