My name is Dr. Parsons, and I'm a chiropractor in Kennett Square.  I am so excited to share with you a really amazing ministry.  In keeping with the philosophy, "To Give, To Do, To Love, To Serve," we are reaching out to local churches and offering to facilitate a 30-45 minute workshop centered around improving the life and health of your congregation. 
 
We truly want to "give" back to our community by "serving" your congregation.  So, to that end, we are offering to "do" these workshops as a blessing to you.  If that is something that you would be interested in, please look over the available workshop topics and let us know how we could best serve you.

In this workshop specifically designed for churches, we'll explore the Divine design of the human body and the intricate connection between spirituality and health.  We will take a look at God's plan for our physical bodies and how He designed us, in His image, for greatness!  We will also look at the instructions He gave us about how to care for our physical selves and how to get the most out of LIFE.

  • How to Experience Outrageous Health & Happiness:  We will explore the 5 components to a vital life and you will walk away with concrete and simple changes that you can implement in your life immediately to see huge benefits.
  • Keep Fit While You Sit:  Reviews workstation ergonomics, high-energy seated exercises, and computer station skills for posture.
  • Stress:  Learn to improve your response and reaction to stress and learn some really simple tools that you can use to turn a stressful situation into a fruitful one. 
  • Why am I So Tired?:  We'll take a look at some of the most common reasons for feeling tired and rundown.  It may not be what you think.
  • Normalize Your Blood Pressure Naturally:  Learn ways that you can lower your blood pressure without the use of medications.
  • Custom Workshops:  We can design a workshop just for you.  Please feel free to discuss with us any ideas that you might have that would address the specific needs and interests of your organization or group.
