For those of you doing the long Gran Fondo courses (60 or 90 miles) we will now have a 6:30 AM start option in addition to the standard 9:05 AM start time (30, 60, 90 miles). All of the gran fondo distances are timed fun rides with lots of rest stops and great food. The gran fondo is not a race (you will not be mixed in with the racers below) but you will receive a time for any distance you enter as well as a special Rist Canyon hill climb time if you are doing 60 or 90 miles. All 30 mile riders start at 9:05 AM.

Here is how the day unfolds:
5:30 AM Registration opens
Gran Fondo Start times (public rides)
6:30 AM Gran Fondo Early Bird Start. 60 and 100 mile start option Mass start. You must leave by 6:35 AM. 60 milers must plan a half our stop in Masonville (mile 34) to let the racers pass by.
9:05 AM Gran Fondo Normal Start 30, 60, and 90 mile options
Also a mass start for all distances, 30, 60, and 90 mile options
*you will get a total time for any distance you ride as well as a hill climb time for top of Rist Canyon starting from Fort Collins.
