After holding a special meeting of the POA Board chaired by Senior Vice

President Roger Titus, a letter to the Garrett County Commissioners was

submitted asking for changes in the process that was used in approving a

PWC Rental facility. The POA President, Troy Ellington recused himself

on this matter due to his role in approving the change as Chairman of

The Garrett County Planning Commission. A copy of the letter is shown below.
