Looking for ways to encourage healthy eating among your participants?  The Environmental Working Group has the site for you.  The group has assessed nearly 1,200 foods and hand-picked the best 100 or so that pack in nutrients at a good price, with the fewest pesticides, contaminants and artificial ingredients.

The site provides a free Healthy Eating guide that can be printed off, complete with budgeting advice, easy recipes, and information on the least expensive - yet nutritious - foods in each food group.
