Stay Cool
With 2012 being the hottest year on record for the US, it's important to remind people of the dangers of hot weather. Excessive heat can lead to cramps, dehydration, fatigue, sunburn, and/or heat stroke.
Ways to avoid the dangers of high temperatures include watching the temperature, drinking plenty of fluids, dressing appropriately, and wearing sunscreen.

CBS News. Purdue Pharma LP, the manufacturer of OxyContin, is currently studying the drug in children aged 6-16. The children involved suffer from moderate to severe pain, and the study is meant to examine the safety of the drug for use in children. (Castillo, 7/5) Full Story

A new study involving fertility treatments and breast cancer has found that women who take fertility treatments and don't get pregnant have a slightly lower risk of developing breast cancer.
