It's hard to believe, but the time is drawing near to consider changes to your plan design for the upcoming plan year. To fulfill our mission to add value to your pharmacy plan, WisconsinRx/National CooperativeRx will provide the consultative advice you need to make informed decisions based on industry trends, new generic alternatives and wellness and communications tools.

The kick-off begins with our Rx for Plan Design webinar, followed by new plan design insights posted on our website and in this newsletter each week throughout the month of July. Beyond that, we are always available to provide the individualized attention to your plan that you should expect as a coalition owner.

Customer Service

Unparalleled customer service is one of the six core values adopted by our Board. Put another way, it's a mandate handed down from our owners. Because we're a not-for-profit cooperative, we can look beyond the need for profitability to make investments that improve the quality of services we deliver. Our philosophy is to bring the best of two worlds to our members: deep discounts and superior deliverables that come from working with one of the nation's largest PBMs, plus the individualized attention, responsiveness and value derived from working with a not-for-profit, "niche" team of experts. For more information about our customer service philosophy, please visit our website.
