Customer Service

Unparalleled customer service is one of the six core values adopted by our Board. Put another way, it's a mandate handed down from our owners. Because we're a not-for-profit cooperative, we can look beyond the need for profitability to make investments that improve the quality of services we deliver. Our philosophy is to bring the best of two worlds to our members: deep discounts and superior deliverables that come from working with one of the nation's largest PBMs, plus the individualized attention, responsiveness and value derived from working with a not-for-profit, "niche" team of experts. For more information about our customer service philosophy, please visit our website.
