The BillMaster Gifts that Keep on Giving

Do you know that BillMaster has additional features/modules that can increase productivity and efficiency in your organization? We've listed a few time saving features available for your BillMaster wish list.

Additional User Licenses - Add a user license to ensure that everyone can be logged into BillMaster simultaneously.

Automatic Clearing House (ACH) - Allows for creation of ACH transactions for automatic debiting of customer accounts.

Active Scripting - This module exists to allow a flexible way to integrate with other applications. A popular use of this module is to populate customer information into a Microsoft Word Document. A script is run in BillMaster to open Microsoft Word, create a new document, and copy data from customer fields within BillMaster into the correct places in the document.

Ebill and EPay - Link your self-hosted or third-party hosted website to a secure, hosted site that presents your bills and allows your customers to pay their bills online.

Payment File Imports - Eliminate some of the payment data entry and import payments electronically from a lockbox or bill payment companies such as Metavante, CheckFree and your bank.

BillMaster Mobile - Field Service / Mobile Work Order system allows your company to perform meter maintenance and readings automatically from the field. No duplicate entry is required to maintain service order records. See the January webinar below.

Accounting Interface - Save time and reduce data entry errors with with an accounting interface. BillMaster can transfer your general ledger accounting information into your accounting program.

Tech Tip

Remember to Send The File!

If you happen to experience difficulty with an import process, email us the file you are trying to import along with the error text from your process log. Many times the error is related to data in the file. Having a copy of the import file can often help us diagnose the problem more quickly.
