Phone Number Sort Order is Important When Using BillMaster Voice / Teleworks
If you are planning to use BillMaster Voice for incoming or outgoing calls, it is important for you to populate your phone numbers with the Sort Order information (to access the sort order, click the plus sign next to phone number on the home screen). For example, if a customer has more than one phone number, you should designate the primary phone number with a sort order of 'A' or '1', and secondary phone numbers with 'B', etc. BillMaster will use the lowest sort order value as the primary phone number when it calls out. If the sort order is not specified, BillMaster will just use the first phone number it finds on that account.
