Greetings!
The sun is an abundant natural resource in Arizona so why not make it work for a water utility. Carrie Ribeiro of Johnson Utilities sent pictures that are posted on our Facebook page of the more than 5,400 photovoltaic panels on 6 acres of property surrounding
its wastewater plant in Anthem at Merrill Ranch. By generating 1.1 megawatts of electricity, Johnson Utilities expects to be a net-zero customer at this site, meaning they will produce as much as they expect to consume. |
Is an Upgrade in Your Future?
Since the release of Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2, we
are seeing a large spike in requests for help moving BillMaster to new
servers. This is a good indication that many of you are in a system
replacement and upgrade cycle. If you are considering an upgrade to your
server(s), please have your IT staff contact us for help in planning the
move. Although BillMaster can be moved in just a few minutes, there are
several considerations that always cause a move to take longer: setting
permissions on new servers and logins, installation / upgrade of SQL server,
firewall issues and links to other applications. Plan on a minimum of two
hours of our time and your IT staff time to accomplish the move.

How to Get Old Codes to not Show Up in Pick Lists
A common question asked by clients is "We
have had some things change over time.. are we able to take them out of pick
lists, or will it have an effect on old data?"
Make the record inactive instead of trying to delete, and then the description will not appear in the picklist.
This can be used for all codes that you don't want to use any more.
Please
contact Tech Support if you have any questions 970-259-2369
ext. 132 or support@dwcorp.com.
