How Long is Your Statement messa....
 Attention Clients who are outsourcing statements. How
long is your statement messa...
BillMaster gives you the ability to add statement messages
at several different levels. For example, a company-wide message would
appear on forms for all customers while a Billing Code message would only
appear on forms generated for customers with the specified billing code.
When you execute your Outsourcing query, the statement messages are joined
together into a single message with a pre-defined length. Since the
number of messages any one statement may receive can vary, it is possible for the
message text to exceed the allotted field length. To address this issue
we can add a check to your outsourcing query that will notify you of accounts
whose messages are too long. You can then revise your statement messages
and rerun your outsourcing query.
