Good For Two Treatment Sessions
To Reduce Leg Cellulite
Spring has sprung and that means bathing suit weather is here again. Give yourself a treat that will have you looking better in no time! The treatment offered by Bodywork Therapy has a proven track record of reducing unsightly cellulite. It is a painless treatment that uses Acoustic Wave Therapy. Acoustic Wave Therapy uses high-energy waves similar to those used to break up kidney stones. Each treatment session will last approximately 30 to 60 minutes depending if you do one side or both sides of your leg.
Bodywork Therapy is one of a few businesses that has this exclusive machine that can produce these effects by stimulating cells to improve circulation, increase the density and firmness of elastic collagen fibers in the skin, shrinks fat tissue, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and increases overall skin elasticity.
Today you can try the treatment at a 50% discount and experience long-lasting improvement to your skin. Don't miss this opportunity to feel better about yourself. You'll be lovin' your legs in no time! We invite you to visit our website.
Voucher expires June 30, 2012
*Most clients can visibly see a difference after only two treatments. Because each individual can respond differently there is no guaranteed result.

 SOOTHE A SUNBURN
Fill a pitcher with warm water and soak the tea bags in it. Let the water cool to a lukewarm temp. The water should be very dark after the tea bags have soaked. Now you are ready to submerge a rag or washcloth into the tea and then dab it onto the sunburn. Do not wipe it off! Leave it on and let it be absorbed into your skin. Once it is dry you can reapply as necessary. Do this process before bedtime, you can go to sleep and give it time to work its magic. In the morning you can rinse it off in the shower. WARNING: The tea can stain the cloth that you use so make sure to use an old soft rag.

A WALL OF SENTIMENTWhat a great wall! This is a high impact, low cost, easy, weekend project that Team FLASH thought you might enjoy! This wall features 'family'! But, you can be as creative as you want. Imagine how this would look with beach pictures, hobby photos, or baby pics. Your imagination is your only limitation! Worried about how you will create such perfect lettering? Here's a trick. You can download all kinds of fonts for free by going to dafont.com. Once you have decided on your fonts, you can use your printer to print out the size that you want on your wall. Remember carbon paper? Pick up a pack at Staples and use it to trace your sentiments onto the wall. Then pick your paint colors and stay within the lines. ENJOY! |

HEALTH TIP
TAKE ZINC AT THE FIRST SIGN OF A COLD
This advice comes from the Office of Dietary Supplements at the National Institute of Health and may reduce the duration and severity of symptoms. A lozenge or syrup will get the zinc into direct contact with the cold virus in your throat faster. The suggested maximum dosage for adults is 40 milligrams a day. Side effects are unlikely but may be nausea and a bad taste in your mouth.

HERE'S A GOOD IDEA!The next time you have green onions, don't throw away the white ends. Simply submerge them in a glass of water and place them in a sunny window. Your onions will begin to grow almost immediately and can be harvested almost indefinitely. We just use kitchen scissors to cut what we need for meals. I periodically empty out the water, rinse the roots off and give them fresh water. |

WARNING TO PARENTS!
DANGER OF THE CINNAMON CHALLENGE The cinnamon challenge has been around before, but thanks to YOU TUBE, it's back with a vengeance. It's another one of those crazy fads that circulate quickly among our kids. Since this one has been all over YOU TUBE, it's traveling fast, but parents may not know anything about it. The challenge is to swallow a spoonful of cinnamon without any water. This can cause coughing and vomiting, but it can also cause choking and lung damage. The WALL STREET JOURNAL published a warning last week. To read the article, Click Here .

 ORGANIZE YOUR UTENSILS
This is a clever and easy idea to help you organize your utensils for your Easter gathering. So easy too! The posts pictured here are actually ceramic. But if you can't find them. You can easily make them by purchasing flower pots from your local garden shop and spray paint them the specific colors that coordinate with your party decor. ENJOY!

Indian River Estates - 7400 block, Vero Beach FL
The Treasure Coast Victoria Fleet 105 meets every Saturday, weather permitting, at Indian River Estates in the 7400 block of State Road 60, on the right side. After the guard gate, go to the stop sign and turn right. Follow the road along the water until you come to the dock on your right. We start racing our radio controlled Victoria sailboats at 10 a.m. and finish at approximately 11:30 a.m. There are courses marked off in the water with floating buoys and we decide which course we will run each time we meet. Come out to see the races or try your hand at sailing with the radio controls.
