Here is a quick and delicious recipe:
  • allow 5 prawns each for a main course, 3 for a starter

  • 1.5 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 50g of butter or enough to create a sauce

Finely chop the garlic and basil and set aside. Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the fish sauce and garlic. Add the cayenne pepper and the prawns and cook for a few minutes until the prawns have turned pink. Add the basil and stir. Fish In a Box Sponsoring Tim Challinor - Paralympic Hopeful For GB 2012

                          Latest News From Tim
"got back from Belgium a few days ago, it was a great trip. We covered 250 miles over the 4 days, including the 100 mile sportive on Saturday. This event included 20 miles of very bad cobbles (not at all recommended with a paralysed arm) Also over 20 cobbled climbs up to 1 in 4 gradient. I'm really tired now, but have a hilly TT event in Hampshire on Saturday and a fast 10 mile TT on Sunday in Chester.
I am also talking to a coaching service for help in training, I'm spending a day with them at the start of May. This should be very beneficial as they are experts at getting the best out of a rider".

If anybody out there has any contacts that would assist Tim in realising his dream of reaching the Olympics in 2012 do please get in touch. He already has sponsorship for his cycles and allied equipment and Fish In A Box for a little of his nutritional needs! However at this level of competitive sport he needs specialist coaching, fitness assessment and monitoring, help with travel etc. etc. He is much too  modest to ask himself so I am on his behalf ...............if you can help or know anybody who can please do get in touch. Just imagine if he reaches that rostrum!!
