My journey through art began while studying horticulture at Penn State University, where a flower arranging class brought out my love of color and design.  Since then I've explored many art forms and mediums.

After moving to the Wilmington area, I began creating enchanting, evocative sculptures called "Kindred Spirits." Most recently, I have begun hand-painting silk scarves, choosing silk not only for its receptiveness as a canvas, but also for

the sheer pleasure of

painting on this multifaceted medium.

My art, in whatever form it takes, and wherever it takes me, is my life companion, the expression of my experience. I hope to share the great joy that it gives me with those who may encounter it.
