on your Hips
Here are 8 different figure 8's for your hips:

Horizontal going forward and around to the back

Horizontal going backward and around to the front

Vertical, up to down (maya)

Vertical, down to up (sway or taqsim)

Single hip drawing 8 on the wall, down to up

Single hip drawing 8 on the wall, up to down

Hips facing forward, travel 8 path without twisting - forward

Hips facing forward, travel 8 path without twisting - backward
Put on some music and play with these shapes!
- Pick two at random and see if you can connect them smoothly.
- Pick one on a horizontal plane and one on a vertical plane and transition between them.
