Want Higher Commission on Vacant Buildings ? |

Adco General has the ability to pay higher commission on commercial vacant building accounts(property and liability) with select markets. In order to qualify for higher commission the account must meet the following criteria:
- Property must be in good condition
- Property must be secured(boarded if not actively up for sale or lease)
- Property must be under 5M in value
- Property must be under 10 stories
If a property doesn't qualify for increased commission with our select underwriting markets, we have brokerage markets for all types of vacant properties - including high value properties, properties in receivership, and properties undergoing renovations.
