2010 Boot Camp location is really finalized! 
This is what I look for when choosing a hotel for the Boot Camp. Easy access and reasonable flights, free shuttle from the airport, reasonable rooms and a nice hotel. We have always sent out birthday cards to our customers on the anniversary of their purchase date or service date of their machine. About 2 years ago I found that we could send out a 6"x11" full color postcard for less than what we were doing locally using a one color 5"x7" card. Our response went way up and I was happy.
I am never one to leave well enough alone so last month I went through all my customers, actually my computer went through them, and found everyone over the last 3 months that didn't respond to my email.
