With immediate effect W+D offers with the
Flatrate Pool a fixed price for flex dies in standard window sizes. Whatever
window size you select from the Flatrate Pool - you always pay the same
price. In case you order three knives or
more an additional quantity discount will be granted. All in all this
represents a price reduction up to 55%.
The Flatrate Pool not only means an enormous price advantage but all
knives are also readily available, i. e. delivery on the same day will be
guaranteed when you order till 4 pm on weekdays.

Technical Improvement Programm (T.I.P.) - Updates and modernization for your machine

 You would like to update your machine, it should work more efficiently or you simply want to manufacture new products? With the Technical Improvement Program, abbreviated T.I.P., W+D offers extra modules, parts and solutions with which your machine can easily be retrofitted or modified. For each modification you will receive a T.I.P. flyer with a detailed description of the upgrade package, the advantages as well as a cost estimation. On W+D's Internet page you will find the corresponding T.I.P. for your machine type or general subjects. Simply choose all T.I.Ps which are of interest to you and we will immediately mail the relevant flyer as well as the data for a personal contact at W+D.

Expert Online - your direct contact to W+D
|
 The internet based remote maintenance system Expert Online offers an even faster and reliable access to the W+D Service Team. Unlike a slow and instable modem connection Expert Online uses the latest Internet technology offering much more than a pure remote maintenance. With a router and a VPN tunnel a secure broadband connection between the W+D machines at your site and the W+D Service will be established worldwide in order to provide for a high-capacity tele-service. Of course, the connection will only be used when a service case is notified by your company or in case of an inspection agreed by contract.
Expert Online offers the following services:
- The W+D Service staff helps to eliminate failures with Expert Online Diagnosis without being on-site. Due to the fast exchange of data and the assistance of experts all over the world you will receive competent and immediate assistance via Internet.
- Optionally Expert Online can be used as a comprehensive communication platform with web conferencing and document sharing (instruction manual, spare parts catalogue). W+D offers a service and communication car which can be equipped with machine documentation, headset, web camera etc. With this web cam pictures of the relevant machine part can be easily sent to the W+D experts.
- As additional module the Expert Online Inspection offers a regular check of your machine via Internet by a W+D Service technician. Potential malfunction sources can be prematurely identified und unplanned downtimes can be avoided.
- Machine and operating data collection: Live data of the machine become more and more important for a perfect production planning. With Expert Online all relevant information as production, change and downtimes etc. are optionally collected and transferred to your ERP system via interface.
Which are your benefits when using Expert Online? Expensive downtimes are reduced, as Expert Online permits a fast and easy communication between several experts. All relevant information is immediately available for all persons concerned which allows systematical trouble shooting. With new optional modules like preventive maintenance downtimes will be avoided and repair costs will be minimized.
