Derek Wallace has been invited to present a keynote speech for members of the Sicilian Convention Bureau at their forthcoming Master Class conference in Catania.
After a highly successful presentation to the Slovenian Convention Bureau in 2010 our Managing Director, Derek Wallace, has been invited again this year to address members of the Sicilian Convention Bureau on the 10th of February. Derek is honored to attend this important event and we will have a brief summary on how it went in next month's newsletter. Wallace Travel Group is well known for its expertise in the Conference & Convention Industry and Derek will present best-practice examples. He will also speak about tools to successful customer acquisition & bid management, as well as our partnership with the local tourist board, Tourism Ireland.
