Greetings!

All children need access to medical services as well as safe places to live, play, and go to school. As we know too well, not all children have these. The California Endowment's (TCE's) Building Healthy Communities Initiative aims to change that.

Such an ambitious goal requires new tools, strategic partnerships, community collaboration and capital. The California Endowment announced $7.25 million in new program-related investments just this month. Along with TCE's ongoing work in communities and engagement with public and private partners, the investments will advance an exciting, holistic approach to securing bright futures for children.
