A Note From Kelly
Hi there ,

First, I want to say "thank you" to those of you who reached out to me to share your kind thoughts and words about my Dad. Your love and support has been amazing! He is back at home now and is making progress every day.

Last week I took him to see an acupuncturist for the first time in his life. It was a little challenging to get him to say "yes" to going, but after just one session he is sold. He loved the experience and has scheduled three more sessions for this week. Isn't that cool?!

Last week I also celebrated my twins' 18th birthdays. They are my babies so I have to admit I'm feeling a little bit "old"....whatever that means. I just can't believe how quickly time flies. And so the message I have for you here is to enjoy every day with your kids, spouse, loved ones, etc. because all we really have is today.

Now on to my super embarrassing mistake...

Last Thursday evening I was speaking to a group of about 20 or so women at their monthly Women in Business networking event. I was giving my talk on "Loving Solutions for a Slim, Healthy Body." And as I've been trained to do by many business coaches, I made an offer at the end of my talk for one of my programs.

My talk was going quite well as there was a lot of interaction and nodding of heads but then I did everything single thing I have been taught NOT to do when making an offer.

I'm not sure exactly what happened but when I was done I felt a little sick to my stomach. In fact, I felt really icky and salesy and inauthentic. And I'm sure that everyone except the one person that took me up on my offer felt the same way, too.

But here's the thing...

The program I offered is my downloadable audio program titled, "Whittle Your Waist in 30 Days or Less." It is a wonderfully comprehensive program that walks you through step by step how to lose weight naturally without dieting.

I share some of my most powerful tools for uncovering imbalances in your body so that you can finally bring your body back into balance and have the body you've been aching to have. You know, the body that you love to look at in the mirror even without clothes on!

I created this program because not everyone I talk to is ready for a full on VIP private coaching program with me whether it's due to time or money. So with this convenient home study program you get my best stuff at an affordable price.

I love sharing this program with everyone because I know that it works. So why did I suddenly freeze on Thursday and turn into a cheesy car salesman?

The answer is a little unclear to me at this point but I guess it doesn't really matter. Except for the fact that the ladies in that room who really could have benefited from this program are missing out because I didn't share my message with them in a loving supportive manner.

I intended to show up for the ladies in the room who needed to be nudged a little into taking action for themselves. I intended to share my inspiration and learnings with them so that they could feel supported and take advantage of getting even more support through my program.

BUT something prevented me from doing just that.

So...what to do??

I can't go back and remake my offer to those beautiful ladies, but I can make an offer for my program to you - my faithful ezine readers. And this time I'm making the offer from my heart. No sales pitch, no time limits...just the offer for an incredible program that I know you'll love.

You can check out all the details here: www.WhittleYourWaist.com

AND I want to give you $50 off the normal price of the program because that's what I offered the ladies last Thursday night. It's truly a great deal.

Click here to sign up and use the coupon code "BABY" to receive your $50 discount.

So there it is...

No cheesiness. No nausea. Just a great deal from the heart :)

And as always there's more great stuff below.

Enjoy!  kelly on beach

Yours always in health, love and gratitude,

Eat Clean And Raise Your Vibration
The energetics of food is a concept that's been around for quite some time. It's a simple idea that makes perfect sense when you really think about it. Every time you eat something you receive a certain energy from the food due to the way it grows, it's place of origin, how it was prepared and cooked, the nutritional value it holds, and so on.

Think about the difference in energy you receive between eating berries picked straight from your garden and eating a blueberry muffin from Starbucks. There's no comparison as far as I'm concerned.

That's just one example. Let's take it a step further. Think about the difference between eating fresh vegetables and eating French fries. How do you think your body responds when you feed it a plate full of delicious, colorful veggies?

Your body loves to receive natural, whole foods that are easy to digest, full of fiber, easy to assimilate and absorb into your cells. Fresh veggies are full of antioxidants that work to repair damage in your body and do all sorts of wonderful things. In return, you feel light, energized and nurtured.

Now how do you think your body responds when you eat a bag of French fries? Well, they're greasy, heavy, salty and difficult on the digestive tract. They provide little nutritional value and lots of fat. Your body has to work hard to digest them and most likely most of the fries are used as stored fat and little is used to give you energy. In return, you feel heavy, tired and maybe a little cranky because your body is working so hard to process the junk.

On the other hand eating "clean" food provides you with sustained energy, the ability to think clearer, it raises your vibration, and clears the pathways that open you up to your intuition.

And we can simply say that the opposite is true when it comes to eating junk food, processed, packaged, fast and fatty food. This kind of "food" dulls your senses and takes you far away from your natural capacity to hear your gut speaking to you.

When you eat clean food on a regular basis and particularly when you cleanse your body - it opens up your awareness and raises your consciousness. And this is the place where magic happens. This is the place where you find answers within and can really let your light shine.

I learned this lesson the hard way. For years I dulled my senses with crappy food and didn't understand why I wasn't happy and satisfied with life...not to mention I was overweight and had multiple health challenges.

But, when I cleaned up my act and starting pouring high vibrational food into my body my life turned around for the better. And it keeps getting better every day!

I have to admit - I'm not perfect. I indulge in "crappy" food from time to time, however the good stuff outweighs the bad so this allows me to keep my vibration high. When I find myself reaching for junk more often than usual, I always take it as a sign that my inner guidance is trying to tell me something but I'm not willing to listen. I have a strategy I use for this, which I'll share with you another time.

So, I invite you to pay close attention to the energy you receive from the food you eat. Listen to how your body responds to the pizza you eat on Friday nights versus the big salad you eat at lunch on Mondays. Take note of your body, mind and spirit because food affects your whole being.

To learn more about these ideas I encourage you to listen to my latest teleclass titled, "Let Your Light Shine: How to reveal your inner light so you can have greater peace and joy, freedom from dis-ease and the healthiest body you ever imagined. Click here to receive the free audio download.
