Functional Movement Screening
Visit us for a 30 minute screening which assesses 7 basic functional movement patterns. Specialists Herson and Kim Garcia will determine which area is of most importance for you and/or your athlete to correct. The goal is to prevent injuries and increase performance ability.

Within 30 minutes you will receive a full assessment, an initial corrective exercise strategy to be completed at home or on the field and a greater understanding of how your body works.

Lifestyle Assessment

If you've been feeling sluggish, depressed, struggling with bloating and/or digestive issues, you definitely want to take this assessment. First you will take an extensive survey on-line of your lifestyle and eating preferences. After completing this assessment, you will meet with Herson or Kim Garcia for approximately 1.5 hours. During this time, you will be given a strategy to help you overcome your current health obstacles. Strategies include specific exercises for better health, nutrition recommendations specific to your metabolic type and stress relievers.

This $149 assessment will improve your skin, muscle tone, mental health and performance. It's just what most people need to get re-motivated with their health!

GIRLS TEEN NIGHT

YEAH WE FINALLY GET TO HAVE TEEN NIGHT!!!!!

Join us on July 16th at 7pm for an overnight sleep over full of fun, self confidence and healthy bodies.

Teens will learn safety with exercise, proper nutrition, the importance of self confidence and self esteem, along with how to have FUN!

We must have a minimum of 6 teens to have the program and no more than 10.


The cost is only $25 which does include snacks and education.

GET YOUR TEENS MOTIVATED!

Have your teens join us for a month of health and fitness!

Meeting two times per week during their last month of summer, they will learn how to have fun with exercise, the importance of staying fit and improve their self confidence.

We're only accepting 8 students, so please register them ASAP.
