Food Inc, the movie, is now here at the Spring Hill TouchStar cinema. If you get a chance, I highly recommend watching this film. The more you can educate yourself as to how our food has changed, the easier it will be to make healthy lifestyle choices.

Since we watched this film with many of our clients, we decided to get in gear contacting our local farmers. Rabbits Etc on Wilson Dr. has an AWESOME program you can be part of to receive fresh vegetables. eggs and meat with no hormones or antibiotics!
Kim2bfit will be organizing farm tours for those interested in learning more about how the farm works. For as little as $20 per week, you can receive fresh items bagged and ready to go for you on Fridays or Saturdays. If you are interested in learning more about the farm, their methods in raising animals and gardening, please respond to this email.
The first farm tour with Kim2bfit at Rabbits Etc will be 9/12/09 at 3pm. The tour is approximately 1 hour. Below is the link where you can learn more about Rabbits Etc.
