Provida Wins Client Service Award!
|
 At the recent Sage Software gala awards, Provida was recognised as having the best customer service throughtout Australia and NZ.
The award was determined after Sage Business Solutions randomly surveyed 100's of Sage Accpac users across Australia & NZ and compiled the results using the Sage Net Promoter metric. The Net Promoter score holds companies accountable for how they treat customers. For companies to score highly using Net Promoter they must have leadership comitment and the right business processes and systems in place to deliver real time information to employees so they can act on customer feedback and achieve results for customers.
This is actually for you. For supporting us and showing us that with the right focus we are able to provide you satisfaction and a valued outcome.

Sage Accpac 5.6 Released
|
 Version 5.6 has just been released, and so the only supported versions of Accpac are 5.5 and 5.6. There is a raft of really nice features such as:
- Record Transactions for Internal Use of Inventory
- Newly Integrated and Improved Serial Number & Lot Tracking
- Single-page Bank Reconciliation with new pop up
- Better bank security
- Many new REPORTS in all modules
- New Business Intelligence (BI) module included
- Greatly improved prepayment handling
- Improved handling of transaction reversals
- New inventory item enquiry and drill down
- Additional costing & transaction creation options
- and much more....
