NASF 2011 Board Nominations

NASF Seeking Tier VII Individual Member Nominations for Board of Directors

If you are an NASF Tier VII individual member, we ask that you complete the nomination form here for the upcoming fall Board of Directors election. Pursuant to the NASF bylaws, which require Board seat allocation to be decided 90 days prior to the election, we have determined the 2011 NASF Board seats for each Council based on total membership dues revenue in each tier level as of June 30, 2010. Tier VII will maintain their five seats on the Board. Three of those five seats will be up for election this year.

Seats Expiring in 2010:

Pat Gleason, Microfinish, St. Louis, MO
Keith Legg, Rowan Technology Group, Libertyville, IL
Joelie Zak, Scientific Control Labs, Chicago, IL

The bylaws of NASF encourage each Council to select two nominees more than the number of directorship vacancies allocated to each Council. The AESF Council will then determine the slate of five candidates to be presented to the NASF Board of Directors by August 15. Please send your nominations to headquarters by August 9.
