2010 NASF Washington Forum April 27-29, 2010

More than ever before, you need to know how the policy and political landscape in Washington is changing for U.S. manufacturing, the finishing industry and its major supply chains and, most of all, your company.  As the 2010 elections approach, make plans to attend the finishing industry's premier policy event and get new insights on critical issues for the future of finishing.  Most importantly, make your voice heard in what's turning out to be an historic year in the U.S. Congress.

This year's Washington Forum is once again shaping up to be top notch - in both its program content and quality of speakers.  Topics will closely track some of the major issues facing the industry in this Congress and beyond.

General News
In Memoriam - Simon P. Gary

Our industry has lost a dear friend and a staunch advocate for the metal finishing industry in the United States with the recent passing of Si Gary, former owner and President of Scientific Control Laboratories.

His 50+ years of service to the industry was a living example of the man who, when given a job, gets the job done.  Through his years of experience in the job shop business and his background in the consulting field, he built a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable people in electroplating in the country.
