As Autumn Approaches
A little time spent now can increase your comfort, reduce your heating costs, and relieve some stress when winter arrives.
- Check your roof gutters and downspouts for leaves and debris and remove any that may interfere with proper drainage.
- Ensure window and door jams are clean, dry, and
free of mildew that can build up when we often keep doors and windows closed in winter.
- Replace or install weather stripping around doors and windows to keep cold air out and warm air inside.
