This 2200 sq ft 3 bedroom ranch home sits on 10 acres in the countryside of Tumalo. The area was chosen for it's location away from urban noise and busyness, yet close enough to town to shop, dine, or attend events. This particular site provides the desired privacy and the space to keep the owners horses nearby.

The architecture was designed to complement the natural surroundings with a rustic Pacific Northwest feel. The placement of the home on the lot allows for optimal use of solar panels and natural lighting. Large, strategically placed windows allow the owners to keep watch over their horses. The interior has a large stone fireplace, warm knotty alder doors, and clear alder cabinets.

We began construction in June 2010 and completed the home in time for the owners to move in February 2011, which means we were once again successful in planning and executing our phases of construction to keep our delivery commitment.
And, best of all, we have another completely satisfied client - see for yourself by reading their testimonial below.

"We love the new home Hansmann & Sons Construction built for us. Steve delivered a solid house with beautiful finishes. The home exceeds our expectations and we love living in it. The job was finished on time and on budget, which was critical for us. All through the process, Steve found ways to save money without compromising quality, and even upgraded many finish details. Probably the best thing about working with Steve was that while the project was very complex and expensive, we always knew that he was looking out for our interests - both in terms of quality of construction and cost. If we weren't working with a builder that we absolutely trusted, the whole process would have been much more stressful. We would recommend Hansmann & Sons to anyone with a new construction or remodeling project."
