This is the time of year when temperatures swing back and forth and tease us with a mixture of cold days and sunny skies. A lot of people put effort into creating their outdoor living areas, then wait for the warm days of summer to enjoy them.
Since our Central Oregon summers are fairly short, wouldn't it be nice to construct a design that allows for year-round use?
Consider a covered porch/patio with an outdoor kitchen complete with mini refrigerator, large grill, pizza oven and ample counter space. Add a built-in stone or brick fireplace, some comfortable furniture and maybe a hot tub and a multi-media system for setting the mood.

Announcing our newest project:
another Earth Advantage home in Northwest Crossing.
This home was designed by Scott Gilbride to provide perfect form and function for the homeowners, curb appeal that Northwest Crossing is known for, and consideration for the environment now and in the future.
The plans call for a 3200 sq. ft. home with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, open kitchen/living room with bar seating, an office, living and dining room, and a large sun terrace. Interior finishes will be designed by Kirsti Wolfe Designs.
