News from NAHB National Green Council
The NAHB National Green Council has determined that "green" homes are selling faster than traditionally built homes. However, sometimes it is difficult for appraisers to understand the value of the added and unseen features. Additionally, many home buyers don't really understand what goes into building a green home.
We have been building green homes for a long time. We have built Certified Earth Advantage homes. We know the costs involved upfront that save the homeowner money in the long run. Most of the features are related to energy efficiency which save the homeowner on their monthly electric, water, and gas bills for heating, air conditioning, hot water, cooking, washing, and comfort level.

Congratulations Summit High School Lacrosse
Summit High School Lacrosse has earned the High Desert League Championship for the second year in a row. The sport has come a long way since it's the first local high school teams were formed 5 years ago. Although Steve has "retired" from coaching, he attends all the home and local games and supports the team and coaches anyway he can.
