| Luxurious Steam Showers |
| Steam, Sweat, and Shower all in One Unit!
Steam showers are a new luxury being installed in many new and remodeled homes. A steam shower is a self-contained shower enclosure that can provide you with a standard shower or humidifying steam that produces water vapor throughout the enclosure. Seating, lighting, and music can also be added.
In addition to the luxury, there are many health benefits of a steam shower:
-
Increased Circulation: hot air helps thin the blood and enhance circulation, which alleviates arthritis, fatigue, and soreness.
-
Moist Air Therapy: Humidity raises the metabolism and improves respiratory function. Working up a sweat helps remove toxins from the body.
-
Aromatherapy: Essential oils and scents to reduce stress, calm the body, and lift your mood can be added to the water vapor. |

| Heated Driveways |
| Does your driveway become an ice skating rink, or worse yet, a super slide after the snow or rain freezes?
A heated driveway would help you avoid accidents and the hard work of shoveling snow by warming the driveway to melt the snow and ice. |
There are 2 primary methods for heating:
- Electric systems use an electric cable and tend to be more efficient, require less maintenance, and heat surfaces quicker.
- Hydronic systems generate hot water that is pumped through plastic tubing.
The heating elements can be installed in various materials such as asphalt, concrete, brick or stone pavers. They are activated by either manual or automatic activation devices. The sensors can activate the system when moisture is present and temperatures are at or below 38 degrees. Or you can set a manual timer to preheat an area before a storm to prevent accumulation.
The best time to install a driveway heating system is during new construction. However, it is not uncommon to renovate an existing driveway.
