Greetings!

The most valuable gift we can give to each other is time.  My commitment to you is to honor yours!  Your Success Weekly will now be a 60 second read that will enable you to move much more than one minute closer to your best life and biggest impact!

Here goes!
60 Second Success Tip:

No Majoring in Minor Things!
Tip #1: Email

The resource that is most scarce and totally non-renewable is time.  As you look at all of the ways that you can invest yours each day, beware of practices that can consume large amounts of it while producing little.

One great example of this is email!  In Tim Ferris's book, The Four Hour Work Week, he suggests creating the discipline of setting only two times each day for checking email - one in the morning and one late in the afternoon.  Add to that an autoresponder that communicates these times and the number where you can be reached if someone needs more urgent attention and turn off the "signal feature" that announces when a new email arrives.  You will be amazed at how much more you will get done each day.

We can waste up to 70% percent of our time transitioning in and out of productive work. One way to avoid that is to manage our email versus letting it manage us!

Your Success Step:
1) Determine what two times each day would be the most productive points to check your email.  2) Set up your autoresponder to let people know how to reach you in between.
