Greetings!
This is the first in a weekly series of short success tips to help you live your best life and career. Please be sure to "opt in" if you would like to continue to receive them after this "intro" mailing.
This week's success topic is "Stance". It is also the focus of my March TeleClass at Your Corporate Success. After all, "stance" is where all of our success begins!
Warmly,

Stance!
Your stance is how you choose to show up in the world. The number one criteria by which people judge the quality of leaders is credibility. Credibility is established by clearly communicating and consistently honoring your stance.
You can become purposeful about your stance by gaining a clear sense of your core values, what you hold most important. Some examples of core values are making a difference, family, peace, learning, integrity, recognition, honesty, achieving, security, connecting, appreciation and having fun.
One way to discern your core values is to look at how you spend your time. What do you prioritize and why? Honoring your core values by staying in choice to do so is the key to living a full life without regrets. It is also key to career success and leader effectiveness. Making your values the compass for your choices and actions enables you to lead with authenticity and establish and grow your credibility.
How do you want people to describe you? What adjectives would you like them to use? That is your brand. How would you like them to remember you and your impact? That is your legacy. Your legacy and your brand are built one moment at a time. Be clear about what is important to you and then consistently "walk the talk".
