This Month's Tip:
ALWAYS Properly tighten your Gas Cap!
It may seem innocuous but simply not tightening your gas cap properly could lead to gallons of gas vaporizing into the atmosphere, and costing you money in wasted gas.
To properly tighten your gas cap allow the cap to click three times. Most vehicles have the type of cap that you can actually hear it click. Not clicking the cap three times can also trigger an warning light in most new vehicles as well.
Another good practice is to only Fill your tank until the pump shuts off, don't "top it off". Vehicles now in days have safety precautions built in to save you money on gas and other costly repairs. So listen to the pump :) |

Tony Madison, Business Manager for Dick Scott Nissan
Tony Madison has been in the automotive industry for 12 years and has been with Dick Scott Nissan for the past 16 Months. Currently, he works as our Business Manager. Tony attended  Detroit Central High School and Northern Michigan University. He currently lives in Detroit with his wife of 21 years, Yolanda, Daughter Meaghan, and two sons, Nigel and Seth.
When asked what Tony likes most about his job, he said, his co-workers. He appreciates how everyone he works with are great team players! In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, movie watching and working with his church. He has been the pastor of Higher Ministries in River Rouge Michigan for the past 5 years.
The most important people in his life are his wife, and three children. He feels very blessed to have such a wonder family! Tony comes from a large family, he is number 12 out of 13 children. He has 8 brothers and 4 sisters!
Currently Tony drives a 2003 Chevy Tahoe LT and a 2002 Ford Escape.
Tony is this month's Spotlight Employee because of his willingness to learn new things, his dedication to his co-workers and customers and his positive attitude. Thank you Tony for all that you do; you are an important member of the Dick Scott "Best Shot" Team! |

Bacon Cheddar Dip
Ingredients:
1 16oz container sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Real Bacon Bits
2 green onions, sliced
