Many people enjoy washing their vehicle by hand when the weather permits. If you are one of them, make sure to skip the dishwashing detergent in favor of an automotive soap in warm water for the best results. Although dishwashing detergent has been used by many over the years, it's much harsher than car wash soaps and can strip waxes off the paint of your vehicle. | |

Brian Moen, Service Technician for Dick Scott Dodge
Brian Moen (aka "Moe") has been in the automotive industry for 33 years. For the last 17 years, he has been with Dick Scott Dodge in Plymouth working as a Service Technician specializing in engine repair. He attended Thurston High School and now lives in Redford.
Brian enjoys his job and the great people he works with every day. When he is not busy getting customer's vehicles back out on the road, he enjoys riding his motorcycle, snowmobiling, boating, fishing, and hunting. He is also knowledgeable in firearms and computers. Brian's favorite snack food is popcorn and his favorite movie is Austin Powers! He has two beautiful daughters, Ashley and Shelby, who mean the world to him. He also has a greyhound named Floyd.
Currently Brian drives a '99 Jeep Cherokee, but dreams of someday owning a Nitro Dragster.
Brian is this month's Spotlight Employee because of all his hard work and dedication to his job and co-workers at Dick Scott for the past 17 years. Thanks, "Moe" for all that you do; you are an important member of the Dick Scott "Best Shot" Team! |

Recipe Of The Month

Breakfast Bake
Prep time - 15 min; Total time - 40 min; Makes - 8 servings, 1 cup each
What You Need!
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
UNROLL dough in 13x9-inch baking dish; press to cover bottom of dish, firmly pressing perforations and seams together to seal. Top with ham.
WHISK eggs, milk and pepper until well blended; pour over ham. Top with cheeses.
BAKE 25 min. or until center is set
