This Month's Tip:
Ice covered windows are a pain to clear, especially on larger vehicles, and unsafe. Prevent ice from covering your windshields during a storm with these tricks. Put a large, flattened piece of cardboard or the floor mats from your car over the windshield (securing them under the wipers) when parking during a storm. When it's time to leave again, gently crack the wipers free and remove the covering; your windshield will be clear and ice-free, without any scraping. Large garbage bags taped together and laid across the windshield, closed in the doors, protects from ice build ups, too.

Scheduled to go on sale in late February 2010!
Created to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the original Datsun 240Z, the 40th Anniversary Edition starts with the 370Z Touring model equipped with Sport Package and 6-speed manual transmission then adds unique special equipment. The 370Z 40th Anniversary Edition will be limited to 1,000 units.
Along with the standard 370Z Touring and Sport Package features -- including SynchroRev Match, front chin spoiler, rear spoiler, Nissan Sport Brakes, 19-inch Rays forged aluminum-alloy wheels and viscous limited-slip differential -- the 40th Anniversary Edition adds a unique, premium "40th Graphite" exterior color and special red leather-appointed interior.
Other exclusive 40th Anniversary Edition equipment includes a high-luster smoke wheel finish, red brake calipers and 40th Anniversary badges on the rear hatch and front shock tower brace. Gary Johnson, Service Manager at Dick Scott Nissan
Gary has been in the automotive industry for 21 years; the past 2 years have been as the Service Manager for Dick Scott Nissan in Canton. He attended JF Kennedy High School and Henry Ford Community College. Currently, he lives in New Boston with his sons Tony, Adam and Vincent, his wife Nancy, their cats Kiki and Zoie and dog Wylie.
When asked what he likes most about his job at Dick Scott, Gary said, "The commitment from the service, parts, and sales departments working together as a team. Everyone here works together very well." In his free time he enjoys softball, fishing, bowling, and an occasional poker night with the boys. His favorite movie is The Godfather and he always looks forward to Sunday night family dinners, "even when meatloaf is on the menu." The most important people in Gary's life are his family.
Gary drives a 2007 Mazda CX-7 and dreams of one day owning a 1968 Cougar XR-7 Convertible.
Gary Johnson is this month's Spotlight Employee because of all the hard work and dedication he puts into his job every day. He always goes the extra step to take care of his customers and make sure they are satisfied. He has a "team player" attitude and is willing to help whenever he is need. Recipe Of The Month

Creamy Beef Stroganoff
Prep time - 5 min; Total time -25 min; Makes - 6 servings, 1 cup each
What you need
1 lb. beef sirloin steak, cut into
strips
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can (8 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, undrained
2 beef bouillon cubes
4 cups (8 oz.) medium egg noodles, uncooked
1 container (8 oz.) Sour Cream
Make It
BROWN steak with onion in hot oil in large skillet.
STIR in 1-1/2 cups water, mushrooms and liquid, the bouillon
cubes and noodles. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10
to 12 min. or until noodles are tender.
STIR in sour cream; cook an additional 2 min., stirring
occasionally.
