Tim enjoys his time with Dick Scott Nissan and says he is very thankful for having the privilege to work next to so many amazing people and for such a great customer-driven automotive dealer group. He really loves what he does everyday; "Very few people get a chance to really help someone everyday; I get that chance by working here and being in this profession."

In his spare time, Tim likes to participate in many sports both by watching and playing. He has an extensive Die-Cast Model car collection. His favorite movie is the "Shawshank Redemption" and his favorite book is the "Alchemist." Tim is very close to his dad and describes him as the one person he admires the most, his rock, and the reason for who he is today; "I figure if I can be half the man he is, than I will be great at anything I do."

Tim enjoys Fettuccini Alfredo or a good cheeseburger. He currently drives a Dodge Avenger he purchased from Dick Scott and hopes to someday own a 1993 Jaguar XJ220.

Tim is this month's Spotlight Employee for his positive attitude and the dedication he shows in his job everyday. Thanks, Tim for all that you do; you are an important member of the Dick Scott "Best Shot" Team!

Attention All Riders!!

Dick Scott's Indian Motorcycle Detroit is going to establish a Chapter of the Indian Riders Group

We will be holding an informational meeting at 7:30 on Monday, April 20th.

The first mention of an Indian Riders Group goes back to 1907, when a group of motorcyclists loosely banded together to go riding. The founding fathers of Indian Motorcycle recognized this loyalty, and wanted their dealers to help promote this feeling by urging them to help form local Riders Clubs. They felt that the association of likeminded individuals would increase the overall experience in riding the motorcycle, foster camaraderie among owners, and give hands-on feedback to the dealer on the good and bad points of the bike.

In the 1920's the motorcycles had ceased being looked upon as pure transportation, but as a sport. Motorcycling was fun and riding a motorcycle was an experience that you could share with your family and friends. The brand of motorcycle one rode gave you bragging rights over your buddies that had the other one and good-natured (most of the time) competition could only make riding better.

A Riders Group reinforces the strong loyalty amongst its family of riders and can better plan and promote activities for all of its participants. Local and regional rallies can be planned and organized and as the organization grows more benefits can be offered to each member so that the Indian experience gets better and better.

We are looking for all riders; all brands are welcome. The only requirement is that you like to ride and have a good time. If you would like to attend and find out more, please RSVP to Jeff Scott at (734) 398-5454 or send an email to jeffscott@dickscott.com

Dick Scott PTA Program - Raise Money For Your School!

Car Care One CardSummer is coming, but that's no reason to stop thinking about ways to help our schools! At Dick Scott Automotive Group we realize how important it is to find new and innovative ways to motivate parents and guardians to support their children's education. That's why we continue to remind you about Dick Scott Donation Vouchers, a new way to raise funds for your school.

Remember, as a participant of our program, your organization will receive donation vouchers on a monthly or quarterly basis. The vouchers are for distribution to parent/guardians of students. Participants will, in turn, present them at any Dick Scott Dealership location when they purchase/lease a new or pre-owned car, truck or bike. At the end of each month, your organization will receive $100 for every voucher redeemed! Any costs associated with designing the artwork for your organization and printing the donation vouchers is absorbed by Dick Scott. Don't miss out on this opportunity to help a child!
