To improve the user experience for its many Chinese patients, The Scarborough Hospital has now begun adding Chinese content to its website at www.tsh.to.
The content, accessed from a prominent link on the homepage, reflects some of the most frequently searched pages on the hospital's website, as well as some of the latest news stories and hospital events.
"A large percentage of our patients are Chinese, and it only makes sense to provide important hospital information in their language," says Dr. Norman Chu, Deputy Chief of Emergency Services at The Scarborough Hospital.
"This project speaks to our Mission of providing an outstanding care experience that meets the unique needs of each and every patient."
More Chinese content will be added to the site as it evolves. |
