I want to preface this article by saying I am a firm believer in the maxim that whatever you need is around you so please don't worry if you don't have access to any of the essences or other things that I recommend, there are always lots of possibilites for healing.
Secondly I am not in favour of inciting fear in anyone by stating that you must take this or do that. Stay calm and follow your gut instinct, it will lead you to find things that will help you.
No 1. Keep yourself and your family as balanced as you can. When your energy is balanced your whole system is better able to cope with stress, change and toxins.
Get all your essences out in a place where you can see them every day. Ask everyone to take a look and choose any essences that feel appropriate for them. You can take essences as often as you feel you need to, a good thing to do is to add drops of your selected essences to a 500ml bottle of water and take sips from that bottle all day.

- As this and other disasters unfold we are naturally inclined to watch the news to see what is happening. Too much immersion in bad news will put you out of balance and can scare children. Turn the TV off and only watch the news when necessary.
- Eat good, plain food (see the list at the end)
- Bath or shower frequently to clear your energy body. If you feel there is radioactive material around then bath in Epsom Salts, Bicarbonate of Soda or Dead Sea Salts.
- Spend time in nature and allow your body to relax and discharge pent up energy.
- Rest as much as you can, this will allow your immune system extra energy to help you detox.

Fill yourself up with iodine so that your body won't take up radioactive iodine, should you be exposed to it.
Seaweed is very rich in iodine, particularly Kombu which has 2500mcg per gram. The minimum daily dose you should be taking is 150mcg.
Here are other foods that are high in iodine: Nori, Dulse, Kelp, Asparagus, Garlic, Mushrooms, Sesame Seeds, Soybeans, Spinach, Swiss Chard
